IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Pete
Schlotterback
December 22, 2011 – December 19, 2025
If love could have kept you here you would have lived forever,
We got Pete from the Clay County Humane Society in 2021, Pete became our old man, we were told he would have to be an only dog… boy were they wrong! Pete became an older brother to Max first his true best friend, Pete was sad when Max left us, then came Nala, Major and soon after came Ozzie, although Pete was old he loved to run at the dog park in Brazil and Terre Haute with his brothers and sisters and the whole family playing tag as Mom watches from the sidelines , Pete enjoyed going for walks in the winter time and fighting to come back inside no matter the cold or wind. Pete was truly the best old man anybody could ask for everybody who came into contact with Mr Pete would leave with a smile and clothes filled with the most hair! Pete enjoyed laying in bed with his tiny human Kaizlyne who was only months old when Pete came home, or playing fetch out in the field with his other tiny humans Exavior and Bryleigh. Pete was also the best pillow as his uncle boo would say, Pete was the glue to the Schlotterback family and anybody that got the chance to meet him…. And was definitely the easiest hello and hardest goodbye. 💙 Pete aka Peterson. 💙
